Classes & Workshops
These classes help individuals and organizations bring kindness and gratitude into real life — at work, at home, and in the systems we share.
They blend research, story, reflection, and practical tools, with room for honest conversation and growth.
Classes are available in several formats, including live workshops, multi-session series, and self-paced online learning.
Length and structure are adapted to the audience, context, and goals.
Current Offerings
Some offerings are available now, while others are shaped in collaboration with the organizations and communities they serve.
Online Course
Build a Better World at Work and in Life with Kindness and Gratitude is a self-paced online course exploring kindness as a practical skill — not just a value — in personal, professional, and organizational life.
Drawing on research in organizational and positive psychology, neuroscience , real-world examples, and guided reflection, the course offers tools participants can apply immediately, while inviting deeper inquiry over time.

Keynotes & Talks
I offer keynote talks that introduce the core ideas of this work in a shared, engaging format.
These talks are reflective, grounded, and human — designed to create a common language around kindness, gratitude, psychological safety, and purpose.
They often serve as a starting point for deeper conversation, learning, and continued exploration
The keynote continues to evolve alongside the book and related classes, shaped by the audience, the moment, and what feels most useful.
